Amber Tucker

Amber grew up in Western Newfoundland and has happily called Halifax home for more than a decade. With an academic background in English literature, theatre, and book publishing, she worked as an editor before joining the EAC's communications team. Amber is also a longtime organizer, working with social justice groups in Halifax to bring a lens of deepening awareness, curiosity, and respect for all beings everywhere. When not at her desk, she's usually reading a novel, tending to her container garden, cooking vegan meals, or biking around the city.
