Brady Doucette

Born, raised and based in Cape Breton with Mi’kmaw/Acadian roots, Brady primarily speaks English, although also speaks in his mother tongues with family. Brady was the first Indigenous graduate from Cape Breton University’s Bachelor of Arts and Science, Environment program, and later received his Master’s of Education becoming the first in both his families to do so. In his spare time Brady enjoys being creative in the kitchen and spending time in the natural world. Getting the opportunity to share his knowledge of the energy sector to help others gain a better understanding of it through outreach is what Brady enjoys most in this role.
